How to report
- Email hello@rateitstraight.com with the subject "Security report".
- Say what you found, where you found it, and the steps to see it for yourself.
- Keep it to what is needed to show the problem. Please don't read, change or delete other people's information.
What happens next
- We aim to reply within 5 business days to say we have it.
- We look into it, fix real problems, and tell you when it is fixed.
- If you want credit, tell us how you'd like to be named. If you don't, we won't name you.
Please don't
- Test against other people's accounts, or take their information.
- Overload the service or send spam.
- Share the details publicly until we have had a fair chance to fix it.
